Ingredients
- 2 slices of Sourdough bread for toasting
- 1 pack (160g) of Sweet-cured smoked mackerel (remove the skin)
- 2 tbsp Full-fat yoghurt or cream cheese
- 1 lemon (halved and squeezed)
- 1 Bunch of Piccobella tomatoes on the vine
- 2 or 3 Round lettuce leaves (or one if preferred)
