Wrap Pizza
Wrap Pizza
Only 17 minutes to make
When you want pizza but can’t be bothered with dough or a pizza base, try a couple of tortilla wraps, crisped in the oven, —thin, quick, and surprisingly satisfying. A spoon of tomato passata, a scattering of cheese, maybe some mushrooms, olives, or the last of the ham.
It cooks in minutes and feels like more effort than it is. Eat it folded or sliced, at the table or in front of the tv or share a couple with different toppings.
A familiar dish with a twist.
